RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

A bit very ripe, woody, a bit of frutti del bosco jam, very smooth, nice texture, fresh, crisp tannins, nice core of dark/savory fruit, modest scaled but nicely done, good finish nice persistence of fruit.
wonderfully dark and ripe fruit, tannic but balanced with acidity. Develops well over a matter of three days and shows many interesting faces.
Completely 'mute' nose, no discernible fruit to speak of, except maybe some sour cherries. Apart from some decent acidity, this wine is way overpriced even at 14 bucks.
