Winemaker's Notes:

Vineyard location and profile: The Chardonnay grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Alto Monferrato, specifically from some estates in the Vallerenza area of the comune of Ricaldone (AL), where they enjoy ideal exposure. Vinification and ageing: After a light pressing, the must is held chilled until the production of effervescence in pressure tanks at ca. 15oC. Then follows a six-month stay on the lees, designed to develop the sparkling wine’s complexity and good structure.
