Wine Tasting NotesIntense golden yellow. Concentrated ripe fruit aromas, especially apricot and peaches, combine with tropical hints of mango and pineapple. Fermentation in new oak barrels gives the wine its richly toasted vanilla and caramel aroma. Nuances of dried fruits, hazelnuts and honey provide the wine with a delicious complexity. Full-bodied, rounded and dense, yet somehow crisp at the same time. Tropical flavors give way to a flinty mineral quality.
