Terra Valentine Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District Wurtele 1997

Winemaker's Notes:

Tasted Recently by the Terra Valentine Team January 2007 A long ripening season in conjunction with abundant yields produced ripe, balanced grapes from the Wurtele Vineyard, which harvested mid-October at 24.3% brix. The wine was then aged 20 months in 100% French oak barrels prior to bottling. Enjoy now. Rated 92 Points Magnums available: Contact winery direct. TASTING NOTES: Packed with aromas of woodspice, pine, red currant, and a slight toastiness. The palate is followed by sweet vanilla, bay leaf, and an earthiness backed by juicy red fruit flavors. This wine is leaner with a bright acidity with soft tannins. Enjoy this wine today. () Packed with aromas of woodspice, pine, red currant, and a slight toastiness.
