Terra Savia Chardonnay Mendocino County Reserve 2010
The grapes were hand harvested in the early morning hours of September 24, 2010. The average Brix was 22.3 Brix @50 degrees F. Pressed into stainless steel fermenters the resulting juice was cold fermented over a three month period and allowed to remain in contact with the lees for several more weeks to add richness. The wine was then clarified and bottled.

Our 2009 chardonnay is finished with no oak aging to portray the fresh citrus fruit prevalent in our Terroir. The clean refreshing fruitiness of this wine makes it an excellent dining companion. Non-cloying it is made to enhance the flavors of food pairings suited to white wine.
