Wow. Such an expressive nose! Raspberries, chocolate, and smoked meat. On the palate, the raspberries come through at once, and there is also a s'mores component--chocolate, marshmallows and a bit of graham cracker. Just delicious! A friend always wants a wine that is 'like chocolate in a glass', and I think this one would fit the bill. Outstanding effort!

Consistant notes from previous tasting. Enjoyed with veggie quesadillas. Great pairing, although the food was a bit too spicy for this wine. Serious chocolate flavors. Very nice wine!
