Tasted February 2012 After 10 years fruit is still in evidence, plum jam and black currant, cigar tobacco, china and undergrowth. Balsamic notes, peppermint, bloody notes. The sip have a nice acidity, just a slight oxidative notes and nice smooth tannins. Plum accompanied by a slight spiciness then close slightly bitter. Assaggiato a febbraio 2012. Note balsamiche, mentolate, e traccie ematiche.
