Wine Tasting NotesIntense pale straw yellow. The bouquet is flowery, fruity with hints of bitter almond. On the palate it is dry but thanks to the slight acidity that distinguishes the wine, it appears always round, full-bodied and velvety. It pairs well with Friulan-style specialties such as San Daniele ham and Montasio cheese. Good with light appetizers, fish, vegetable and cheese dishes.
