Infact Il Borro has been awarded 'due Bicchieri' every year for the last 6 years as well as a host of other awards. This wine is the flagship of the estate. 50% Merlot 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Syrah & Petit Verdot. Hand selected grapes are gently crushed, then the fermentation takes place over 10 days under temperature control, with maceration on the skins continuing for 22 days.
