Tempranillo Classic is produced using the carbonic maceration process, whereby organically grown Tempranillo grapes begin fermentation without pressing. The free-run juice and the whole berries ferment together at cool temperatures for six days, followed by eight days of maceration. The wine is then lightly filtered and transferred into stainless steel tanks. After five months it is bottled and released. Tempranllo Classic is made to be fruit-forward and is best enjoyed within two years of release. - Winery

On the nose, this wine expresses notes of spice, plum, prune, and chocolate. It is well-structured on the palate and medium in body. Flavors of ripe plum appear. The finish is long.
