Excellent, fine balance of dryness and fruit, pairs well with spicy foods.
A bright, pale-green and yellow hue, aromas of green citrus, wet hay, diesel and minerals; bright, tart acid driven notes of asparagus, kiwi and wet stone thru a long, focused finish. Worth every penny when paired with a picnic or white fish.
Insanely good value white--should be a contender for house white, given its zesty flavors and a heavier mouthfeel than Sauvignon Blanc. Lime zest and litchi-fruit aromas, which are subtle until it warms up in the glass. Waxy flavors of Meyer lemon, golden delicious apple, candied lemon peel, and lime. Delicious, versatile white. Verdejo, Viura, and Sauvignon Blanc.
Straw. Nice fresh lemon notes with some passion fruit. Very crisp, dry white wine with good acidity. Some melon, apple and lemon but a huge mineral flavor.
Paired well with chicken in mustard and caper sauce. Tasted great on it's own. Crisp, clean, slightly tart. Like Granny Smith apples, but not as sour. Serve very chilled.
Fresh taste of Spring! Acids are powerful but not dominant. Great with light oriental tapas.

Strohgelbe Farbe. Aromen nach Zitrusfüchten, Passionsfrucht, Kiwi, Holunder. Am Gaumen ein leicht würziger Touch mit exotischen Frucht-Nuancen. Sehr fruchtiger, süffiger Weisswein.

Once a blend of Verdejo, Viura and Sauvignon, but has progressively become almost entirely based on Verdejo, with a touch of Viura and Sauvignon Blanc.Intense floral aromatics, wonderful freshness, and serious weight and texture. It’s great for casual drinking and is excellent with seafood and a whole lot of summery food like salads, chicken and light pastas.
