Te Mata Estate Viognier Hawkes Bay Zara 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

Zara ’09 is the palest gold colour with pure, floral aromas of jasmine, with orange and peach blossom. The palate is soft and ripe with cinnamon, clover honey and apricot flavours, and a lingering finish. Zara ‘09 will continue to develop in bottle for three to four years from harvest, integrating further and gaining an even more luscious character. It can be enjoyed on its own, or with rich seafoods and white meat dishes, as well as lightly spiced Asian foods.
