Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Stylish, delivering roasted Meyer lemon, apple and pear flavors that are round and smooth, with notes of toast, smoke, fennel and dried flowers. A nice juicy acidity kicks in on the finish. Drink now. 600 cases made. -MW Wine Spectator. A Chardonnay wine from Hawkes Bay in New Zealand. 2009 Te Awa Chardonnay 750ml
