Gute Balance zwischen der schweren Rosinenfrucht und dem nussig, nach Honig schmeckenden Ende.
A fruity old tawny, with plum and almond character and hints of honey and caramel. Medium-bodied, medium finish. Fresh style. Drink now.(WS)
Buttery and rich, with concentrated dried red fruit flavors and plenty of glazed ginger and apricot notes. The finish is peppery, with hints of iodine.
Finely balance between rich, raisiny fruit and a nutty, honeyed finish.
This is similar to Taylor Fladgate's 10 year old port. The differences that come out with 20 years of aging is a much nicer texture and more woody notes. The overall balance is much cleaner with flavors that should be savored for as long as possible.

Winemaker's Notes:
Taylor’s 20 Year Old Tawny is a magnificent, finely constituted old tawny blend, produced in limited quantities. Selected red ports produced in the eastern areas of the Douro Valley, including Taylor’s own estates, are matured in oak casks in Taylor’s cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. Here the cool and damp coastal climate encourages a gentle ageing process producing aromas of great complexity and finesse. In the 20 Year Old tawny, the fruit has mellowed further than in the 10 Year Old, and the spicy, nutty aromas of ageing are more powerful and intense.
