Tawse Quarry Road Pinot Noir 2009

Member Review by Scott Rouse:

One of many great Niagara '09 Pinots. Dark cherry, mocha and soil on the nose. More cherry, dark fruits and mocha on the palate. Very full body with a nice long finish. The full flavors come out after a few hours of decanting.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
