Winemaker's Notes:

Carbonic maceration for Carignan. Grenache, and Syrah are de-stemmed for a traditional maceration under controlled temperatures. The grape varieties are blended before a short aging in oak (6 to 8 months).

Tasting Notes:

Full bodied, with soft and round tannins, elegant notes of ripe fruit (blackcurrant, blackberries) and soft spices, long finish. Best served at 18°c with roasted peppers, roasted meat and ripe cheese.
