The 2004 Taurus is 100% Tinta de Toro of which 60% was aged in French oak for 8 months. Dark ruby-colored, it has a fruity, red berry nose with spicy, red currant flavors. This medium-bodied wine has nicely integrated tannin in its elegant personality. Drink this tasty wine over the next 1andndash;2 years. It is a very good value.

The finish is lipsmacking and long, with delicious black fruits fleshing out the palate. From the Toro region of Spain, the wine is made from 100% Tempranillo.
