Its cool nights and alluvial soils combine to produce rich wines of intense varietal character. The Chardonnay is a complex wine displaying pineapple, rockmelon fruit flavours and nuances of cinnamon and nutty characters. These flavours carry through onto a balanced and enduring palate.
