Food Pairings for Tamaya Carménère Reserve
Seems like a very basic wine. I can definitely smell black berry and the grapes, which make it very pleasing to the nose. Very thin horizon with deep purple-red color. But again the taste is very light and basic. The mixture of flavors makes it hard to distinguish any of them with relative certainty. I do, however like the tannis, which is smoothe and light through the finnish. Overall, I give it three glasses for overall price to flavor ratio. I may buy it again, but not in the immediate future. Perhaps when my palate matures a little more.
