29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Syrah, 22% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec, 3% Sangiovese, 2% Grenache, 2% Cinsault, 1% Petit Verdot, 1% Counoise, 1% Mourvèdre, 1% Carmenere Quite interesting aromatically with nuanced chocolate, game meat, and tobacco notes adding detail to the core of blueberry and black berry fruit. Bright and fresh on entry, this is a plump little wine with gentle ivy and oak shadings adding a dash of complexity over the core of juicy fruit rather fruit driven, and nicely so, there are nice fine tannins here adding a little depth on the palate and fine acidity keeping the long red fruited finish zesty and bright. A lovely BBQ or burger wine. 88pts

The palate shows tart red fruit that’s a bit strawberry toned in a generally earthy style. 86pts

Warm, spicy and a bit hot on the nose with chocolate shavings and cigar box notes accenting red raspberry and strawberry fruit. Soft on entry and nicely filled out with boisterous fruit and oak flavors in the big yet still transparent frame. This offers up nice, slightly jammy, slightly chewy fruit in a fun to drink style that finishes a touch coarsely but delivers a lot of flavor. 89pts

Good blend of blackberry and black cherry, complimented by vibrant acidity with subtle earthy spice notes; fine tannins, moderate finish.

Starts light and fruity, then ends with a pepper bang. Stood right up to this (excellent) pot roast...http://m.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Braised-Italian-Style-Pot-Roast-51119610

Dark fruits, with a bit of spice and leathery/earthy flavors. Very smooth. Enjoyed this one a lot!

this is one of my favorite blends for the price. it never lets me down, for a strong grouping of eight different grapes.. how fun is that!

As the title says, their is fire in here in the form of nice spiciness. Terrific pairing for pasta with meat sauce. Fruit forward with some well-integrated oak. Great everyday wine.

Deceptively sweet aromas of strawberries, raspberries and rose petals. The flavors are dark, rich, lusciously mouthwatering, with cherries, boysenberries, tart plum skins, hints of leather, sweet pipe tobacco, and coffee beans. The tannins are firm, but not a bit edgy and the finish lingers with just a touch of anise. A truly lovely vintage. - WineryBlend:• 22% Cabernet Sauvignon• 24% Syrah• 26% Merlot• 10% Cabernet Franc• 5% Malbec• 6% Sangiovese• 3% Zinfandel• 1% Petit Verdot• 1% Carmenere• 1 % Grenache and 1%CounoiseCooperage: The wine is on 40% new oak barrels, mostly French and American oak with a compliment of Eastern European oak for 16 months.pH: 3.72TA: 0.57Alcohol: 13.8%
