Very deep colour. Violet earthy nose. Leather, plum cherry. Jammy taste. Harsh tannin but not big. Excellent balance, fast finish. Should age nicely.

A new label for Taltarni and an excellent debut wine. Deep purple-red colour, ripe plum fruit well integrated with toasty, coconutty oak, and serious depth of blackberry and plum flavours in the mix. Good tannin backbone and length: a stand-out.
