Brought to you by the folks at Clos Du Val, this ?ros?-style? wine has a crisp cranberry and raspberry core couched in a fluffy pillow of biscuit flour. The same bready-biscuity note, plus some sour cherry, shows on the nose as well. Mouthfeel is fairly dry, with foamy mousse.

Rating: 94/100 - As reviewed by Epicurious Grape Tray; The pink of poached salmon, lively effervescence, muted strawberry fruit on the dry palate, with tart acidity, complex yeast autolysis and great finesse. Somewhat creamy and beautifully balanced. Year after year, one of the best roses on the market, regardless of origin.
