Rating: 86/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the October 2010 issue. There are parallels aplenty between this bottling and its mate above, and, while the wine is very full and well-fruited in the nose, its comparatively narrow flavors prove to be a touch stinting on clearly defined fruit and could use a bit of depth. It may simply be that it is held back by its youth, but both it and its partner do not fully convince at this point.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Drinkable now. Further bottle aging can improve this wine.
