Heavy oak and buttery texture. Minerality and some good fruit. I highly enjoyed this wine, even with the heavy oak.
absolutely wonderful - opulent, smooth, balanced, well-integrated, a bit of strawberry on the palate and a long finish. A great sipping wine and worked magnificently with the halibut we had for dinner.

Caramel apple, honey and brown sugar aromas. This fruit-driven wine is loaded with ripe peach and apricot flavors, followed by zesty orange, clove, nutmeg and toasted oak. Lengthy and enjoyable, with youthful acidity cleaning up the finish. June July 2008
