This gives this great white champagne a sparkle which is lighter, yet fruitier than many others Grapes : Chardonnay 30%, Pinot Noir 50% and 20% Pinot Meunier Region : France / Champagne Maker : Pierre Taittinger Notes : The colou r is brilliant, golden straw y ellow. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is both discreet and persistent. Very expressive and open, is both fruity and bready. It exudes aromas of peach, white flowers (may blossom, acacia and vanilla pod). On the palate, this lively fresh wine is at once in harmony. Taste : This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey. In all a wine blessed with well-developed aromatic potential.
