A toasty Champagne, with an exotic hint of cumin spicing the wine and supporting flavors of clementine, ginger bread and graphite. Theres intensity and racy acidity, all put together in a well-meshed, elegant package. Drink now through 2024. -AN Bright gold. Orchard fruit and citrus zest aromas are complicated by notes of honeysuckle, baking spices and candied ginger. Juicy and focused on the palate, with very good depth and clarity to its pear, quince and orange flavors. The spicy note builds with air and carries through a long, sappy, linear finish. The aging curve for this wine looks to be pretty long.
This is singing today. Floral, graphite, citrus and ginger aromas and flavors mesh nicely with the smooth texture and lively structure. Fine lingering finish caps off the experience. This will age well too. Drink now through 2010.
The 2002 Milleacute;simeacute; Brut is a beautiful, poised wine that artfully balances fruit and structure. The fruit reveals slightly honeyed overtones, along with suggestions of smoke and minerals that add further complexity. This medium-bodied Champagne closes on a strong note with a long, clean finish. The blend is equal parts Pinot Noir (Montagne de Reims, Vallee de la Marne) and Chardonnay (Cote des Blancs), all from grand cru villages. Anticipated maturity: 2008ndash;2012. Precise, pure aromas of lime, lemon ice, chalk, nutmeg and mint. Brisk, spicy and intensely flavored, with lively acidity giving the bright flavors excellent focus. Firmly structured but already delicious. This classic, light Champagne has breadth and character. Finishes with sneaky persistence.

A wonderfully toasty, yeasty wine, with creamed apple fruits, flavors that show some softness but never deviate from a crisp, steely character. Although this wine is ready to drink, consider keeping for 3-4 years. R.V. Wine Enthusiast. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. 2004 Taittinger Brut Millesime 750ml
