- An old vine Barossa Shiraz from one of our favorite producers. Dark purple and inky with colors that stain the teeth, the flavors and aromas are all Barossa. Black plum, blackberry fruit and black raspberry preserves with chocolate and pepper spice woven in come to the fore on the nose. The palate exhibits sweet, voluptuous, mouth filling black fruits with a dark chocolate edge, exceptional intensity and weight with a sleek tannin structure and a long warm finish. This is the total package for a Barossa Shiraz, rich textured, loaded with gobs of sweet fruit and a warm alcohol note on the finish. read more...
