Winemaker's Notes:

Our Grand Mark Sparkling is 100% estate grown and is considered the Hall-Mark of our winery. A hand made product from start to finish. Made with 90% hand picked Chardonnay, and 10% hand picked Pinot Noir. We are very selective in our vineyard to make sure only the best grapes get picked for processing. Made in the traditional méthode Champenoise, every bottle takes 3-5 years to produce, limiting annual production to roughly 200 cases. Voted "Best of Class Sparkling 2007" at the Michigan State Fair Wine Competition.
