Tablas Creek White Rhone Blend Paso Robles Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

The Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc is a vibrant expression of the terroir of Tablas Creek. It shows aromas of honeysuckle, mint, lemon peel and spice, with rich Roussanne flavors of honey, rose petals and pear, a distinctive saline minerality from the limestone soils, balanced acidity and great length. It should drink well when young but will also reward time in bottle; we expect it to show beautifully for at least the next 8-10 years.

Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Picpoul. Rose petal aromas and flavors with golden delicious apple at the core.Great concentration. Still very young and a tad acidic, this will flesh out beautifully.

The prodigious 2007 Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc (68% Roussanne, 22% Grenache Blanc, and 10% Picpoul) is one of the finest white Rhone Rangers I have tasted. A beautiful bouquet of orange blossoms, honeysuckle, lemon zest, quince, and white flowers is ... Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. A Proprietary Blend wine from California in USA. 2007 Tablas Creek Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc 750ml
