Tasted from tank, the 2012 Patelin de Tablas Blanc checks in as a blend of 52% Grenache, 27% Viognier and the rest Roussanne that’s aged all in tank. Pretty and elegant, with plenty of white peach, citrus rind and spice, this rounded, supple white has a hard-to-resist texture and while fresh and clean enough to drink nicely on its own, should also be versatile on the dinner table. Drink it over the coming year or two. Drink 2014–2015.
