Syncline Red Rhone Blend Columbia Valley Subduction 2008

Member Review by aronowm2:

the finale of of my weekend of french varietal blends made in America. Very interesting weekend. this was a rhone blend with Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre, Cinsault, Counoise, Carignan. I have never tasted anything like this before. Literally tastes like fresh plums. Decanted and developed beautifully. Paired it with Chicken/turkey mozzarella infused italian flavored meatballs with mashed potatoes. Great pairing. I have to give it props for being something completely unique.
