I love sweet liquors, wines, and drinks. When I was in Missouri last year I stumbled on this Liquor I have never heard of. But I loved the name. The flavor is reminiscent of sweet caramel. If you aren't big on Malt Whiskey don't fret you won't taste the Whiskey at all. A wonderful blend of Fresh Dairy Cream and Heather Honey mixed with the Malt Whiskey which is aged to perfection creates a very lush flavor and makes it perfect to enjoy by its self or with mix. I prefer to enjoy it with fresh hot chocolate. It simply enhances the creaminess of the hot chocolate and the flavor gets a wonderful boost.
Food Pairings for Sylk Cream Liquor

In 2003, Drambuie Liqueur debuted their Sylk Cream Liqueur. The line blends 15- to 17-year old Scotch malt whiskies with flesh dairy cream, heather honey and several herbs and spices. The cream used is a light, quality cream that produces lower fat content than some leading cream liqueurs.
