It is a blend, but a blend of what? The same thing every year? Or does it vary year to year? It must vary, because there is no year on the bottle... these are the thoughts that went through my head as I tasted this wine. I tried to ferret something out of this- astringent and a bit bitter in the mouth. Nothing earth shattering in the nose... in the end, a bit sweet, but dry enough, with a flat burnt oak finish. On the upside, its cheap, and local.
