Reviews

Rating: 4/5 - As reviewed by Decanter With a splash of Syrah adding pepper and a lengthy finish, this Cabernet has lovely berry and plum fruit. It open gradually to reveal unusual spicy notes and fine-grained tannins. Drink 3-5 years.

Gave it a taste upon opening (after fighting the partially dried cork... oops).... a little rough... about 20 minutes later, opened nicely. good fruit and a good deal of spice. little like cherries dipped in chocolate (not covered, just the tip) on the nose. Smooth tannins and delicious with tenderloin steak and redskin mashed potatoes. This wine was definitely ready to go!

Dark ruby in color, with hints of roasted coffee, marshmallow, blueberry, raspberry, cherry and vanilla. Extremely soft and velvety in both texture and finish.

[Landmarc. Pork Lion.] Black cherry and pepper on the nose. Chocolate with pepper spice, cherry, rough tannins and less oak than expected on the finish. Remains somewhat closed; clearly more fruit potential with time
