This wine recalls the glory days of a decade ago, when there were dozens of delicious California Chardonnay available for under $8. Today this sort of forward, fruity, ripe, round wine is more likely to cost you twice that. Yet here is a creamy, cleanly made wine, showing plump, fresh fruit flavors and a lingering finish.
Winemaker's Notes:
After pressing, the juice is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture the fresh apple, citrus, and peach aromas and flavors. Partial malolactic fermentation and French and American oak aging impart a full, round texture and a toasty, creamy tone.

The wine’s smooth texture and peach flavors persist into a long, flavorful aftertaste.
