Summer's Diamond Mountain Cabernet was a favorite for us. As soon as we got a whiff, we knew we had found something special. And with a swirl and a sip we were smitten, this wine is classic mountain grown Cabernet - really expressive and seamless.

Winemaker's Notes:

Summers Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the north side of Napa Valley at the highest part of the Mayacama mountain range where you will find unique porous, volcanic soils and extended sun exposure. Due to the upper-valley location and the high elevation of this vineyard, the vines produce low yield but superior quality—small berries with a highly concentrated flavor. This world-class wine has rich and well-balanced flavors of wild ripe berries and pepper with a long, smooth finish. Suggested Food Pairings: Pepper Steak; Pepper-Crusted Ahi Tuna; Dark Chocolate.
