Storybook Mountain Vyds. Zinfandel Napa Estate Eastern Exposures 2012

Winemaker's Notes:

91 points Connoisseurs' Guide: True to form, the latest Storybook Mountain Zin is a wine that goes for fruity precision rather than blustery ripeness, and it shows the very clean, slightly claret-likes lines that we have come to expect from its maker. It is light and yet nicely fruited on the nose but is comfortably filled out in the mouth, and its gentle sensation of tannic grip signals that, as usual, it should not be drunk down in a hurry... it will age gracefully for years to come. (Jan 2015)
