Smoke, coffee and leather fill the nose with a soft but pleasantly balanced opening, with notes of cherry, blueberry and grapefruit appearing fleetingly. On the palate, a zesty explosion of a broad array of tastes, including cherry, grapefruit, raisin, plum, caramel, pepper and smoky oak, is supported by pleasant acidity and soft, silky tannins that lead to a smooth, full, balanced finish.
