Single-vineyard, estate grown at 1,800 feet. Barrel fermented in French oak. No malolactic fermentation or stirring of lees to preserve fruit. Crisp fruit flavors of ripe melon, fig, lemon and grapefruit on a clay-mineral backbone make this a refreshing companion to food.
