User Reviews for Stonestreet Chardonnay

Winemaker's Notes:

Wine Advocate # 168 Dec 2006 Robert Parker 92 Serious Chardonnays are being produced by new winemaker, Graham Weerts, at Jess Jacksons Alexander Valley estate, Stonestreet. From a slightly lower elevation vineyard site than the Broken Road, the medium to full-bodied 2005 Chardonnay Red Point reveals plenty of honeyed melons, crushed rocks, white currants, and white peaches. This fresh, lively Chardonnay is more similar to a Chablis than most California Chardonnays.
