Love, love, love, very passion-fruity.
I tasted this wine on a trip to new zealand and i have to say it is the most incredible sauv i've evr tasted. when jesus turned water into wine, this is what it tasted like! it's lush yet light, fragrant yet not overwhelming, and encompasses all that a great sauv should have. buy at least 2 bottles because the first will be gone before you know it.
I liked this wine when I visited New Zealand in 2007. Back home in Canada I sampled two bottles. One I liked, it had a very fine bouguet. But the second bottle had a very strong taste that I can't quite pin down. Very unpleasant. The bottles contained an ink stamp in the base as follows: 23-09039 14:40 the better tasting wine 23-09039 14:39 the not so good wine Were they from the same batch? Why the difference in taste?
