Food Pairings for Stone Edge Surround Cabernet Sauvignon
This is the best combination of Sonoma and Napa. Stone Edge Farm is an organic (CCOF) winery in Sonoma, and led by former Napa winery ' winemaker, Jeffrey Baker. Cabernet Sauvignon thrives in this hilly part of Sonoma, and their vines are deeply rooted in 100 feet of stone-studded alluvial soil. The vines are surrounded by wild, aromatic chapparals of coyote bush, manzanita, and lush gardens. The organic garden consists of swiss chard, marigold, parsley, and eggplant, and is often used to make memorable meals shared with friends. Culinary workshop and classes are given at the estate, followed by wine tasting of course! Only 273 cases produced.

The Stone Edge Surround Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black cherry, pepper, and chocolate. It is a full-bodied wine with a complex and long finish.
