Drinking excellent now, well rounded Bordeaux style blend but with that nice CA touch, you can taste the fruit a bit, unlike some bordeaux that is bone dry... Tastes its best the 2nd day, smooth but gripping tannins coat the mouth and this wine has a silky, balanced texture that makes it very delicious......Found a Store that sells this for 26 a bottle, crazy.. Going back to grab some more!! Tastes like a 50 bottle or more..

A mix of moderately ripe, supple currant and cedary oak flavors that pick up a hint of mint and dried berry. Balanced, if shy on depth and richness. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Best from 2008 through 2012. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.

Black cherry flavors run through this blend with lovely clarity. It’s 62 percent cabernet sauvignon and 24 percent merlot with small portions of petit verdot, malbec and franc, sourced mainly from Three Palms, Oak Knoll, Rutherford and Bear Flats. The layers of tannin, built from fruit and oak, create a sleek balance of barrel smoke, earthiness and that pure cherry flavor. Decant a bottle for roast lamb.
