A fine example of a well-made Pinot Noir, this medium bodied red wine displays warm vanilla and lots of rasberry aromas on the nose. Bright and appealing on the palate with fresh cherry flavors. The finish is deep and well-balanced. Try this wine with duck, lamb or roast pork. Recommanded cheese accompaniment is Chedder.
- October 2007
- Great paired with goat cheese, a bit on the semi-sweet side with the cheese, not too heavy or acidic. I would not recommend it with Lamb
- September 2007
- smooth, berry aroma, slightly dry but not enough to leave a bitter taste. Recommended for heavy italian foods.
