"Rating: 83/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the September 2010 issue. Dissuasive top-notes of high-toned fuminess provide unneeded distraction right from the start here
"Rating: 83/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the September 2010 issue. Vaguely redolent of underripe peaches with scattered notes of loosely citrus-like fruit
Rating: 83/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the September 2010 issue. Vaguely redolent of underripe peaches with scattered notes of loosely citrus-like fruit, this bottling proves to be stiff and green in the mouth, and its hard-to-like finish is marked by peach-pit bitterness and an edge of heat.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Drinkable now. Unlikely to improve with further aging.
Rating: 83/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the September 2010 issue. Dissuasive top-notes of high-toned fuminess provide unneeded distraction right from the start here, and, while following with medium-sweet, well-balanced flavors, the wine runs directly to grapefruit and ends far too coarsely with more bitterness than its plentiful sugars can hide.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Drinkable now. Unlikely to improve with further aging.
"Rating: 88/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the September 2010 issue. Residual sugar not stated on label but very similar to 2009. Just a year older but tasting of more development than is typically part of that difference
Rating: 88/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the September 2010 issue. Residual sugar not stated on label but very similar to 2009. Just a year older but tasting of more development than is typically part of that difference, this one is noticeably darker in color and has butterscotch and caramel complexities within its pineappley fruit tones. It lacks a little of its mate's vitality, but it comes closer to the late harvest mark in character. Its price is further enticement.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Drinkable now. Unlikely to improve with further aging.
