Pleasantly soft and round, this is a good value Sauvignon Blanc for drinking over the next few months. Hints of stone fruit offset herbal notes reminiscent of crushed tomato leaf.

The quality here has been consistent over the past few vintages, offering solid value in an easy-drinking style. It leads with herbal aromas, but the flavors are less green, more melon and fig carried by a sense of creamy lushness.
Smooth and juicy, showing fragrant lemongrass, thyme and fresh grass notes that mingle nicely with bright lemon-lime and tart green apple flavors. There's a nice balance of power and elegance. Drink now.

This is only light to medium in body, but it has a tactile, peach-skin element that gives extra interest on the palate and pleasant flinty notes alongside modest citrus fruit. Drink now.
The grapes were destemmed, but not crushed, and lightly pressed in order to avoid over extraction of bitter tannins from the skins. The must was then fermented in upright stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures for 30 days. The wine was filtered prior to bottling.
