Stanley Lambert Mustang Sally Shiraz 2005 - 05/06/10

Looks very aged in the glass, as it appears nearly brown. Nose is hunks of milk chocolate and some cola. On the palate, chocolate covered cherries, cola and spice. A nice, approachable shiraz, even for those new to reds.

Stanley Lambert Mustang Sally Shiraz 2005 - 10/17/09

Many shiraz wines have notes of chocolate. I found this one to me predominantly chocolate, like a Hershey bar in a glass. Rich and delightful, but might pair oddly with food, so I'd sip it on its own or with a sweet dessert.

Love it! Why isn't it currently available??? Rich, fruity, but not too sweet. Was heaven with a good filet.
