Offers a focused, intense beam of apricot, pineapple and orange peel, with touches of maple and spice underneath. Juicy, vibrant finish has real length, too. Delicious. Drink now through 2004.
Tangy and rich, with dried apricot, pineapple, orange peel, mango and spice notes, and a long, rich, caramel and green-tea infused finish. Delicious. Drink now.
This Vidal was made like an ice wine except that after the grapes are late harvested, they're frozen and then pressed. The result is intense fruit of apricots and fresh laurel leaves. A fantastic dessert wine to enjoy chilled with roasted, salty nuts.
Really tangy, with live-wire acidity pushing apricot, peach, pineapple and mango flavors through a racy, mouthwatering finish. Drink now through 2006.
Winemaker's Notes:
A ripe apricot nose starts off this rich, fruity dessert wine and continues through to the finish. Slight hazelnut overtones mix with pineapple to create a truly unique taste. The finish lingers, but also lifts, leaving only the fruit flavors with a hint of sweetness.
