Moderate nose is mostly black cherry with some under-ripe 'green' notes as well. On the palate, medium-light body offers cherry, chocolate and red delicious apple flavors with soft, light tannins and light acidity. Overall, it's not complex but I'm glad they didn't overdo the oak -- the fruit flavors are pleasant, if a little underripe.

This refreshingly dense, Bordeaux-style Cabernet blend from the Finger Lakes gives California a run for its money. Red and black berry fruits run against a tobacco edge in this toasty red. Notes of cedar, dried herbs and chewy tannin give it staying power as well as a full, rich flavor. Enjoy alongside steak or a rich brie.

Beautiful, deep red in color with a rich, fruity aroma and intense cherry and red currant flavors that hint of cocoa in the finish.

Good berry fruit and bramble notes, with moderate toast, and a tobacco edge to the lingering finish. Nicely done. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Drink now.

A Bordeaux-style blend that has consistently been one of the best red wines in all of New York. Delicious cherry-berry fruit with soft, woody notes. This wine would be a great accompaniment to red meats or your favorite Italian dish. It possesses a delicate tannic structure, making very drinkable now and yet allowing the wine to age for a few years.

A classic bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. More Cabernet Franc in this 2004 vintage shows off earthy and peppery flavors. - Winery ** SOLD OUT **
