Rating: 5/5 - As reviewed by Decanter Shy at first, it opens to reveal lovely aromas of peach, hazelnut, mineral and crème brûlée. Texturally it is silky, creamy and absolutely charming. Good acidity supports its flavours of peach, melon, spice and vanilla. At its best over the next two years
